We investigated the entanglement of two three-level atoms strongly coupled with a Sagnac interferometer by single-photon scattering process.We show how the long-life steady Bell state can be generated and controlled by choosing the distance between two atoms,phase shift of interferometer,and the ratio of atomic dissipations to the waveguide.
