后腹腔镜离断性肾盂成形术治疗UPJO 22例分析

目的:探讨后腹腔镜离断性肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄(UPJO)的临床疗效并总结经验.方法:总结2007年3月至2012年8月期间我科采用经后腹腔途径腹腔镜下离断式肾盂成形术治疗22例UPJO的临床资料.18例为男性,4例为女性.年龄8～61岁,平均14±4.36岁.结果:22例中21例手术获成功,1例中转开放手术.手术时间150～278 min,平均157.5±38.15min.
