The objective of this study is to observe the function of osthole on osteoclast formation, and bone loss in mice model of 5/6 nephrectomy.3-month old C57BL/6 were randomly divided into model group and osthole group, and were treat with placebo or osthole one week after 5/6 nephrectomy.Sham-operated group were set as control.
