枸杞多糖对体外培养视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用

目的 评价枸杞多糖对视网膜神经节细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法 体外培养大鼠视网膜神经节细胞株RGC-5(retinal ganglion cell line),采用谷氨酸作为细胞凋亡诱导剂建立RGC-5凋亡模型,并用不同浓度(lOmg/l、20 mg/l、40 mg/l)枸杞多糖加入培养基干预24h及48h,使用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法和AnnexinV-FITC法检测细胞存活率及凋亡率。
