本文采用插指电容新结构设计了一个Ku波段低温低噪声放大器(LNA),并通过优化的封装工艺制备了放大器样品,分析了隔离器对LNA性能的影响.在77K温度下测试结果表明,放大器增益约10dB,噪声系数小于2.0dB,反射系数小于-17dB.
In this paper, we designed a Ku-band low temperature and low noise amplifier (LNA) with a new structure of interdigital capacitor, and fabricated an amplifier sample by an optimized packaging process to analyze the effect of the isolator on the performance of the LNA. The test results at 77K showed that the amplifier Gain about 10dB, the noise figure is less than 2.0dB, the reflection coefficient is less than-17dB.
