目的:通过对早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)中13 种基因突变的检测,评估该组合在北方中国人中突变的概率和临床应用价值.方法:5例健康对照和23例NSCLC 患者手术切除前均采集静脉抗凝血,提取DNA,通过PCR-HRM 方法检测13 种ctDNA 基因的突变状况.手术后标本通过病理学检测确定肺癌的性质.
