Introduction: Cell-penetrating peptides (CPP) that possess ability to transport macromolecules across the cell membrane have been developed as vehicles for intracellular delivery of therapeutic macromolecules.A number of CPPs were derived from viral or other organism proteins such as TAT,VP22.Such CPPs may have antigenicity to human for clinic using potentially.This work describeed a novel family of CPPs named hPPs derived from human nuclear proteins.One of the new CPP is a 20-amino-acid-long peptide denoted hPPlO,possess cellpenetrating properties with efficiency greater than that of the well-characterized CPP TAT.
