1 Introduction Fengtai Late Paleozoic apart-pull basin in the Qinling orogeny is the high-density area hosted not only Sedex-type polymetallic deposits,but also the Carlin-type or the Carlin-like gold deposits.However,accurate ages of diagenesis and mineralizing age for the Carlin-type or Carlin-like gold deposits are still open.Baguamiao superlarge gold deposit hosted in the Late Devonian Xinghongu Group was controlled by brittle-ductile shear zone.This article reports ages of tectonic deformation,diagenesis and mineralization for the Baguamiao gold deposit,a Carlin-like gold deposit (Zhang,et al.,2004).
