Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of dual source CT coronary angiography in patients with congenital coronary artery anomalies(CCAA).Methods The 1350 patients data of DSCT coronary angiography from January 2008 to September 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. All the raw rate have been used MIP、 MPR、 CPR、 VR post-processing technique to observe the configuration of coronary artery. Results 146 case of congenital coronary artery anomalies in 120 patients were displayed by dual source CT, including the main branch of coronary artery original anomalies(n=35)∶12 case of right coronary artery originated from left aortic sinus,8 case of left coronary artery originated from right aortic sinus,6 cases of right coronary artery with high take-off origin,9 cases of left coronary artery with high take-off origin;coronary artery fistulal (n=13)∶4 case of RCA-RA fistulal,2 case of RCA-PA fistulal,5 case of LCA-LA fistulal,2 case of LAD-PA fistula; para coronary artery(n=17); coronary artery dysplasia(n=7)∶2 case of single RCA,5 case of single LCA;left sinuatrial nodal artery original anomalies(n=32);myocardial bridging(n=47).Conclusions Dual source CT coronary artery angiography can evaluate coronary artery anatomy and anomalies perfectly, and show details of anomalies accurately.Because of the non-invasive and speediness of Dual source CT, It could be used as the preferred and routine method to diagnose coronary artery anomalies.
