目的:探讨最新的声触诊组织成像量化技术(VTIQ)对不同大小的乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断的应用价值.方法:对130例女性患者的139个乳腺肿块行常规超声及弹性超声成像(VTIQ)检查,根据肿块的大小将这些肿块分为三组(组1,≤10 mm;组2,10～20 mm;组3,＞20 mm),对每个乳腺肿块测量并记录7次剪切波速度(SWV)数值,分别计算每组每个肿块的最大,最小,平均SWV值.以穿刺活检或手术后
