Objective: To observe the morphological changes of H9c2 rat myocardial model cells under light microscope following intervention with Xuefuzhuyu oral liquid (XFZY), Oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) and silent information regulator 2-related enzymes 1 (SIRT1), as well as changes of Sirtl pathway related genes (FOXO family, NF-kB, p53 etc) and cell activities, so as to clarify the gene target and corresponding mechanism of XFZY in the treatment of IHD under the TCM theory of eliminating blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration.
