The confinement induced resonance (CIR) in the presence of spin-orbit coupling (SOC) and Zeeman field are investigated. It is shown that, the two-body scattering properties strongly depend on the scattering energy and the interaction strength. There exist resonance peaks in the scattering amplitude, which relate to the existence of quasi-bound states embedded between the energy branches. We analytically obtain the one dimensional effective interaction constant in term of three dimensional s-wave scattering length and extract the confinement-induced resonance condition. The universal scattering amplitude indicates the occurrence of the confinement induced resonance (CIR).
