本研究以池塘底泥为研究对象,通过添加硝酸钙,定期采集表层和深层沉积物,提取总DNA,利用PCR-DGGE 技术对比分析在沉积物修复过程中的微生物群落结构动态变化特征,并与原位的沉积物间隙水相关性分析,分析添加硝酸钙对微生物群落结构的影响,结果得出：(1)PCR-DGGE 电泳对照组和实验组共获得42 个条带,克隆测序了31 个条带,共获得35 条序列,归类于29 个可分类操作单元(OTUs),分别
