Up to now, vanadium oxides (VOx) are the most important thermistor materials applied in uncooled infrared detectors (UIRDs).To further improve their physical properties, composite films that consist of two-dimensional VOx and one-dimensional multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared by Sol-Gel.
