In perovskite solar cells,the simple planar structure is advantageous for large-scale manufacturing.To improve the performance and play great potential of the perovskite film devices,we demonstrated the structures with a planar low-temperature SnO2 electron selective layer,and these exhibit stabilized nano-crystallization.The SnO2 thin films were synthesized on low-cost and low-temperature at 100℃ by spin-coating of SnO2 nanocrystals.
