  基于多吡啶钌(Ⅱ)配合物具有良好的光化学和光物理学性能及与DNA的相互作用,两者可以应用于钌配合物-DNA分子组装体的构筑。双核钌配合物[Ru2(bpy)4(mbpibH2)]4+(bpy = 2,2-联吡啶,mbpibH2 = 1,3-二(咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10-邻菲咯啉])苯,结构见图1所示)不仅能键合DNA,而且其桥联配体上的两个咪唑基团会随溶液pH的变化而发生质子化和去质子化反应, 呈现出独特的光化学和光物理性质[1]。
