Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) is a fast non-contact technique for the analysis of the elemental composition of anysample.Experimental approaches have been done by using the microfluidic and LIBS techniques for obtaining qualitative oil abrasive particles.It was focused to advance the above two techniques to a regime.An appratus was designed for rapid analysis of marine lubricating oil abrasive particles.
