Recently,the extended finite element method(XFEM)has been applied to the delamination and transverse crack prediction for the composite laminated structures.However,there are no works had been reported for accurately simulation of the delamination and transverse cracks based on XFEM,although the transverse cracks always exist alongside the delamination under impact loads.
