谷氨酸脱氢酶1的表达在急性髓系白血病中的预后意义

目的 谷氨酰胺代谢增强是白血病细胞的一个重要特征，谷氨酰胺不仅能为白血病细胞提供能量，还可以为细胞膜系统合成原料。谷氨酸脱氢酶1(GLUD1)在谷氨酰胺代谢的限速酶，主要调节细胞内谷氨酸向α-酮戊二酸(α-KG)转化。α-KG 可以通过回补三羧酸循环参与能量调节，还能通过还原羧化反映生成脂肪酸，为细胞膜系统的合成提供原料。本研究旨在探讨GLUD1 的表达与AML患者预后的相关性。

多肿瘤标志物C12蛋白芯片对晚期食管癌的诊断价值

目的：分析多肿瘤标志物C12 蛋白芯片对晚期食管癌的诊断作用。方法：以我院2015年7 月-2018 年3 月期间收治的94 例食管癌患者为例,所有患者均接受多肿瘤标志物C12 蛋白芯片检测系统监测血清肿瘤标志物。结果：经检测发现,94 例患者中62 例为晚期恶性,32 例为良性肿瘤。
