课题组的前期研究结果表明,施用外源赤霉素可明显的增大梨果实的库强,但对其增强库强的机理及其调控的代谢通路尚未研究清楚,对果实的发育过程中GA调节的信号传递通路还没有完整的认识.本研究通过2D-DIGE技术对GA处理的梨果实的差异蛋白进行分析,找到GA处理调控的关键蛋白,并对其进行功能分类分析.
