在300四辊可逆式冷轧机上进行了冷轧铝带力参数综合测试,沿轧辊轴向布置九个传感器,用计算机采样,测定了单位轧制压力,两向单位摩擦力在变形区内的分布,同时还通过板形仪测定了前后张力的横向分布,并考察了弯辊力变化对它们的影响.为建立冷轧带材的三维理论模型提供了客观依据.
In the 300 four-roll reversing cold rolling mill, the cold rolling aluminum belt force parameters were comprehensively tested. Nine sensors were arranged along the roll axis. The samples were measured by computer and the unit rolling pressure was measured.
