When typical pitch control widely applied to onshore wind turbinesis applied to a floating wind turbine,the tower oscillation of the floating wind turbine is increased by the rotor thrust change.This phenomenon is called negative damping,and it causes instability in the power produced and decreases the fatigue life of the wind turbine.Therefore,the establishment of a control method which can suppress tower motion and power variation is an important issue.The NMRI (National Maritime Research Institute) in Japan proposed a new control method restraining negative damping,which is called as RTS control in this study.The concept of RTS control is to control the blade pitch by the rotor speed and the tower pitch anglular velocity.The purpose of this study is to apply RTS controlto a floating wind turbine and verify the effect on tower oscillation,power,and fatigue load.To evaluate the control system,the numerical simulation software FAST developed by NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory) was used for the aeroelastic analysis,and WAMIT developed by MIT was used to analyze the interactions of the waves and wind turbines.As a simulation model,the 5 MW wind turbine with the spar-type floating platform model developed by Jonkman was used.Our study showed that RTS control can restrain negative damping and decrease fatigue load in the blade root and the tower base.

目的: 探讨微通道经皮肾镜下大功率钬激光在肾结石治疗中的应用.方法:采用8/9.8 F Wolf输尿管硬镜,微通道经皮肾镜下使用瑞柯恩60W钬激光机碎石,碎石能量为4×15Hz.结果:本组256例,均穿刺成功,一次性完成碎石取石241例,二次15例,全部病例主要结石均被取出,单纯肾盂或肾盏结石取净率为93%,多发或鹿角状结石取净率为77.8%.

过渡金属硫化合物二维半导体纳米材料因其独特的电子学、光子学等性质在光学器件和光电器件领域表现出潜在的应用前景.然而,目前基于MoS2等二维半导体材料非线性光学性能的研究大都集中在液相剥离得到的纳米片分散液上,不利于器件化.因此,从实用角度出发,开发低成本、大尺寸二维半导体薄膜是一个亟需解决的问题.此外,纯二维半导体薄膜的制备还可以排除溶剂或聚合物等的影响,为研究材料本征非线性光学性能提供机会.
采用电子束蒸发技术在K9、石英非晶以及晶体单晶和激光陶瓷多晶基底上沉积了HfO2薄膜,使用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜测试手段对薄膜的微观结构进行了研究。实验结果表明:HfO2薄膜在四种基底上均呈现多晶态,均沿m(020)择优生长,晶体基底上薄膜的衍射峰最多,陶瓷基底上择优衍射峰强度最强;四种基底上薄膜的晶粒大小相差不大,但陶瓷基底上薄膜结构排列比较疏松。
