　　Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(RYGB)is an effective procedure for the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2D).The mechanism of improved insulin secretion induced by RYGB remains unclear.Using the diabetic Goto-Kakizaki(GK)rat model,we demonstrated that RYGB improved blood glucose and insulin secretion,accompanied by increase of bile acid level.
