仪器粪便转铁蛋白和隐血联合检测在提高胃肠道出血检出率上的应用
目的 探讨仪器粪便转铁蛋白试验(TF)和粪便隐血试验(OB)联合检测对肿瘤患者胃肠道出血检出率的影响。方法 收集我院2018 年11 月肿瘤患者粪便标本3753 例，使用AVE562 自动检测仪器进行粪便转铁蛋白、粪便隐血试验联合检测。回顾性收集2018 年5 月肿瘤患者标本3513 例的手工粪便隐血检测结果，统计两者的检出率。

目的 乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染在我国以及非洲国家高发,2008 年国内的一项乙肝流行病学调查研究结果显示接受调查的人群中约有8.75％的人有乙肝病毒的感染.HNL 患者尤其是B 细胞淋巴瘤(B-NHL)患者合并乙型肝炎病毒感染的比例高于正常人群中乙肝感染的发病率,可达到15.6～30.2％.
