汞是一类人体非必需的剧毒元素，在环境媒介中广泛存在，大气是汞全球传输的重要途径。为研究大气中GEM 的动态氧化行为，本研究在长江三角洲某典型钢铁企业，进行了为期2 年的气态元素汞(GEM)、颗粒态汞(PBM)、颗粒态溴及其它污染物的分析。
无机汞(Hg2+)和有机汞(MeHg和EtHg)都是剧毒性且广泛存在的汞重金属污染物,会对人类健康和生态系统造成严重影响[1]。水环境中可溶性的Hg2+在细菌等微生物的甲基化作用下被转化为更具毒性的有机汞MeHg和EtHg,通过食物链在海产品等生物体内富集,长期食用危及人体健康。 因此,亟待开发一种简便快速和可视化检测有机汞的方法,以保证海产品的安全消费。
