Objective DEP Domain Containing mTOR-Interacting Protein (DEPTOR) is frequently overexpressed in multiple myeloma cells and required for their survival.However,its implications in other hematological malignancies and the mechanism of regulation remain largely unknown.In this study,using acute T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) as a model system,we determine the functional significance and the mechanistic regulation of DEPTOR.
