喷雾相变冷却具有高热流密度的换热能力,本文通过建立喷雾相变冷却实验系统,以液氨为工质,使用单喷嘴,对冷却面为2.5 cm×1.2 cm的热沉进行了实验研究。结果表明:以氨为工质的喷雾相变冷却具有较高的换热能力;在热流密度达到400W/cm~2时,热沉表面的温度在15℃以下;在实验工况不变时,随喷嘴喷淋高度的降低,临界热流密度值(CHF)增大,最大换热系数可达95000 W/(m~2·K)。
In this paper, an experimental system of spray cooling system with 2.5 cm × 1.2 cm heat sink was established by using liquid nitrogen as working fluid and single nozzle to establish a cooling heat transfer system with high heat flux density. . The results show that spray cooling with ammonia as the working fluid has high heat transfer capacity. When the heat flux reaches 400 W / cm ~ 2, the surface temperature of the heat sink is below 15 ℃. When the experimental conditions remain unchanged, With the decrease of spray nozzle height, the critical heat flux density (CHF) increases and the maximum heat transfer coefficient can reach 95000 W / (m ~ 2 · K).
