In this paper, a floor radiant heating experimental system was built in a model room with aluminum foils in the thin and dry floor.In the heating period, testing the variation of the room temperature, floor surface temperature and heat flux on the continuous heating and intermittent heating mode were compared with numerical results.The results showed that the thin and dry floor structure reduced the thickness of the floor structure and the load for floor.Whats more, the construction energy consumption was saved compared with conventional wet low temperature hot water floor;In this thin and dry floor structure, surface temperature distribution was uniform, the proportion of down heating was small, with 18.13% of total heat flux.The pre-heating period of the thin and dry floor was less than 2 hours, which can reach a 17 degree in the period of intermittent heating or after stopped heating.Experimental results and numerical simulation results agreed well within the range of allowable error, which supply conferences and basis for the design of new thin heating floor and engineering applications.
