目的:分析固体药物氯苄律定的热分解过程。方法与结果:采用热重分析与差示扫描量热分析2种方法研究了固体药物氯苄律定的分解动力学,求出其热解动力学参数活化能E;并结合红外光谱、核磁共振、粉末X射线衍射和高效液相色谱研究其热分解过程,推断其主要分解产物结构。结论:用热分析法研究固体药物氯苄律定的热分解过程,方法简便,结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the thermal decomposition process of solid drug clorbenzidine. Methods and Results: The thermodynamic analysis and differential scanning calorimetry were used to study the decomposition kinetics of the solid drug clorbenzidine. The kinetic energy of the pyrolysis was calculated by the two methods: infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance , Powder X-ray diffraction and high performance liquid chromatography study of its thermal decomposition process, inferred the structure of its main decomposition products. Conclusion: The thermal decomposition method of solid drug clorbenzidine is studied by thermal analysis. The method is simple and the results are reliable.
