Multi-biomarker panels are important to aid in the early diagnosis and ultimately battle complex diseases. Here, we aim to identify serum-based multi-biomarker to distinguish colorectal cancers (CRC) from benign colorectal tumors. We developed a novel multi-biomarker detection method based on a mixed integer programming.
