Objective Study on the relationship between different arterial oxygen partial pressureduringCPB and 3-4years postoperative quality of life in cyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD) infants.Methods45 infants who were diagnosed with cyanotic CHD and received a corrective surgery from august 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital, were randomly divided into three groups according to a computer program: control group 1 (G1 group, n =15), PaO2 kept at 80 ～ 120mmHg during CPB;control group 2 (G2 group, n =15), PaO2 kept at 120 ～ 200mmHg during CPB;non-control group (G3 group, n =15),PaO2 kept over 200mmHg during CPB.Indexes of brain injury and brain tissue oxygen saturation were investigated in the first week and a 3-4 years follow up study of their postoperative quality of life was undertaken.The quality of life was evaluated by PedsQLTM 4.0 quality of life of childrens universal core scales and PedsQLTM 3.0 heart module quality of life for children 2-4 years old representing form.
