Aim Hyperplastic polyps represent around one-third to one-half of all the polyps, and they had no malignant potential, however, endoscopists had no aware of their histology until they were resected, which increased time, risk, and cost of colonoscopy with unnecessary follow-up.Kudo patterns classified by chromoendoscopy were widely used to predict the histology of colon polyps, and recently confocal laser endomicriscopy (CLE) were also used in diagnosing colon polyps.Our aim was to compare the accuracy between CLE and chromoendoscopy.
