Multiferroic Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3-CoFe2O4 (PZT-CFO) core-shell nanofibers have been synthesized bycoaxial electrospinning.The core-shell configuration of nanofibers has been verified by scanning electronmicroscope and transmission electron microscope,and the spinel structure of CFO and perovskite structure of PZT have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction,high resolution transmission electron microscope and selectedarea electron diffraction.The macroscopic ferromagnetic property of core-shell nanofibers has been demonstratedby magnetic hysteresis loop,while the microscopic magnetic domain structure of magnetized nanofiber has beenrevealed by magnetic force microscopy.The surface potential of core-shell nanofiber has been measured byscanning kelvin probe microscope,which confirms the ferroelectricity of PZT-CFO core-shell nanofibers.
