对发生断裂的齿轮拉刀采用化学成分分析、金相检验和扫描电子显微镜能谱分析等手段,分析了断裂的原因,并提出改进建议。结果表明:齿轮拉刀材料的化学成分和心部显微组织正常;在齿轮拉刀的表面发生了氧化和脱碳;断裂发生在淬火时;断裂源位于拉刀表面且同时处于拉刀背面几何凹槽底部的直角顶的部位。齿轮拉刀的断裂与热处理工艺规范的操作以及齿轮拉刀的几何结构和尺寸有关。
The broken gear broach was analyzed by means of chemical composition, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopy (EDS). The reason of fracture was analyzed and some suggestions for improvement were proposed. The results show that the chemical composition and the microstructure of the heart broach are normal; the oxidation and decarburization occur on the surface of gear broach; the fracture occurs during quenching; the fracture source is located on the broach surface and at the same time the back of the broach Right angle top of the bottom of the groove.
