Most of the active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) have polymorphs which are different molecular arrangements of the same molecules,resulting in the different chemical and physical properties such as solubility,bioavailability,rate of dissolution,density [1].Thereby,polymorph control of API is one of important technology in pharmaceutical industrials.In the actual crystallization,the metastable polymorph is first generated by Ostwalds role of stage and then is transformed to the stable polymorph [2].In some case,unfortunately,this phase transformation proceeds extremely slowly and so it causes very high processing times in the API production.
