本文详细地论述了谐波混频器的工作原理,导出了变频参数表达式、这些公式虽近似,但却为设计和调试提供了理论依据.用单个二极管构成的八毫米谐波混频器,当谐波次数为12时,得到的变频损耗小于40dB 信号至本振端口的隔离大于20dB.
In this paper, the working principle of the harmonic mixer is discussed in detail, and the expressions of the frequency conversion parameters are derived. Although these formulas are similar, they provide a theoretical basis for the design and debugging.Using a single diode eight millimeter harmonic mixer, When the harmonic frequency is 12, the conversion loss is less than 40dB. The isolation of the signal from the local port is greater than 20dB.
