Objective: To reveal the mechanism why the increased invasive and metastatic potential of HCC induced by sorafenib could be suppressed by combined with aspirin.Methods: The mRNA expressions of inflammation-related factors in tumor and paratumor were detected by RT-PCR.The protein expression of SDFl-αwas was measured by immunohistochemistry and western-blot.ELISA was performed to detect the SDF1-α content in peripheral blood.The proliferation and invasion capability of tumor cell was measured.Tumor growth was observed in HCCLM3 human hepatocellular carcinoma xenograft nude mouse models, when treated with sorafenib and sorafenib combined with AMD3100 or vehicle as control.
