The present study involve the effect of the gel content of the EVA on its performance parameters like Tensile Strength,Elongation,Transparency,Yellowness Index,Volume Resistivity,Adhesion strength,Environmental stability & UV stability;and finally;the net impact of these properties on the performance and durability aspects of PV modules.A Cross-linked EVA Encapsulant with varying degree of gel content was used to conduct this study.Tensile Strength,Elongation,Transparency,Yellowness Index,Volume resistivity and Adhesion strength were measured on EVA sheet having different gel contents.
