本文对G.F.Harrion等人提出的带圆弧试样应变值修正方法进行了探讨,通过理论推导和计算实例,指出了原方法在计算小塑性应变时所存在的局限性,并在原计算方法的基础上提出了一个计算塑性当量计长的公式。本文的结果表明:塑性当量计长F_P不仅仅只与材料的应变硬化指数n有关,材料的比例极限和试样所承受的载荷对塑性当量计长F_P也有很大影响;当名义塑性应变较小而材料的硬化指数n值较高时,若仍按原方法计算F_P值就会产生较大的误差。
In this paper, GFHarrion et al. Proposed a method to correct the strain of a specimen with a circular arc. The theoretical derivation and calculation examples show the limitations of the original method in calculating the small plastic strain. Based on the original calculation method Put forward a formula to calculate plastic equivalent meter length. The results show that the plastic equivalent length F_P is not only related to the strain hardening index n of the material, but also the material proportional limit and the load on the sample have a great influence on the plastic equivalent length F_P. When the nominal plastic strain is small However, when the hardening index n of the material is high, if the F_P value is still calculated according to the original method, a large error will occur.
