Background The aim of the study is to explore the related factors of mental disorders in patients after heart operation causes and nursing countermeasures.Methods Two hundred and thirty-four patients in our department from 2012 October to 2013 October after open heart operation were randomly selected,age 3-80 years old,mean age (42.22±2.13) years old,male 145 cases,female 89 cases,there were no mental disorder history and family history.All patients were under general anesthesia,in vitro or off-pump operation,operation time was 75-380 rain,the average (187.78±8.68) minutes.All cases had no obvious mental disorder before and after operation,strictly regulate the use of sedative,analgesic drug,without the use of other drugs can significantly affect the mental activities.Retrospective analysis of the clinical data and follow-up data of 18 patients with mental disorder were,using statistical analysis software SAS9.0 statistics,statistics and analysis of relevant factors using R test,logistic regression model of postoperative mental disorders,including gender,age,blood type,education level,heart disease,heart function,history of diabetes,history of hypertension,history of stroke,myocardial infarction history,history of mental disorder,preoperative mental status,preoperative HCT,operation time,whether the application of extracorporeal circulation,postoperative length of stay in ICU,postoperative wound healing and postoperative drainage time.A P <0.05 was considered statistically significant difference.
