　　Ag(NbxTa1-x)O3(ANT)ceramics,0 ≤ x ≤ 1,have been fabricated by the mixed oxide route.To avoid cracks,without using a binder,and minimize silver loss in AgTaO3 and Ta-rich compositions,the optimum parameters have been set to get single phase ceramics of good quality.X-ray diffraction(XRD)traces of the systems with x > 0 could be indexed according to the orthorhombic,Pbcm,symmetry.
