With the extensive application of the internet technology and the popularization of intelligent terminals,the environment of peoples living and working is being changed constantly.And the requirements of learning places,time,methods and means are getting higher and higher.Then the intelligent terminal learning methods carried by the mobile Internet came into being.This paper expounds the development and composition of the mixed teaching,and introduces the mode and method of the mixed teaching in the mobile Internet environment under the teaching practice of "automobile insurance and claims",then discusses its influence on the teaching of higher education.In the university classrooms where the "bow family" phenomenon is more serious,this model can not only play the leading role of teachers and students in order to improve studentsparticipation in the classroom,but also meet the needs of the students self-learning.
