本研究采用组合光谱仪系统,沿发生器阳极轴线方向分布的多路细孔限束光纤,检测大气压条件下直流非转移式电弧等离子体发生器阳极腔内部的光谱谱线空间分布.实验结果表明在N2-Ar混合气体放电时,氮分子、氮离子、氮分子离子谱线在喉道出口附近的谱线强度最强,氮原子的谱线强度从喉道到扩张段下游呈逐渐增强的趋势.同时,随着气流量的增加,氮分子、氮原子、氮离子、氮分子离子的谱线均有增强的趋势;随着发生器运行功率的增加,喉道位置的氮分子和氮离子的谱线有增强的趋势,而氮原子无明显变化.
