通过对近5年来有关文献的回顾分析，发现中医药诱导原发性肝癌细胞凋亡的治法主要集中在活血化瘀、清热解毒、健脾理气、扶正祛邪合用等方面。中医药诱导肝癌细胞凋亡主要是通过影响肝癌细胞增殖周期、调节与癌发生相关基因的表达以及端粒酶活性等途径来实现的。
