BACKGROUND: Human cytomegalovirus (hCMV) causes birth defects in newborns and severe infections in immunocompromised patients.hCMV also contributes to immunosenescence.AntihCMV treatments are limited with significant drawbacks.We aimed to investigate effects of sirtinol, a sirtuin inhibitor, on CMV-induced cellular senescence.

复发胶质母细胞瘤(rGBM)治疗棘手,化疗是主要治疗方法.常规替莫唑胺(TMZ)化疗有效率约6％;6个月无进展生存率仅15％.既往有采用铂类联合TMZ,以及TMZ剂量密度方案进行挽救化疗取得有效的报道.本研究目的在于观察铂类联合TMZ剂量密度方案治疗rGBM的有效性及毒性反应发生情况。
