  At present HIV/AIDS continues to be the major challenge to the developing courtiers socio-economic development.Given the fact that out of the estimated 40 million HIV/AIDS cases in the world,more than 90% are in Sub-Saharan Africa,with a potential of exponential increase in the number of cases in the Indian subcontinent and South-East Asia,the threat posed by HIV infection is real and great in the developing courtiers economy.In many developing coutntries HIV/AIDS is threatening personal and national well being negatively by affecting health,lifespan,and productive capacity of the individuals.
