本文建立了合理的有限元模型,对腹杆截面不对称圆钢管搭接节点进行材料和几何非线性计算,得出的极限承载力具有相当的准确度。由分析可知,把直径较大和壁厚较厚的腹杆作为贯通腹杆节点,其极限承载力较高且构造较为合理。当搭接腹杆直径变小、壁厚变薄后,CW和TW型搭接节点极限承载力均相对对称节点下降。通过对公式的计算结果与钢管节点数据库中腹杆不对称圆钢管搭接节点试验结果进行比较可知,计算公式可以准确地预测腹杆截面不对称搭接K型节点极限承载力。
In this paper, a reasonable finite element model is established to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of asymmetric round steel pipe lap joint with web section. The obtained ultimate bearing capacity is quite accurate. From the analysis we can see that the larger diameter and thickness of the thick web as a web node through the web, its higher ultimate bearing capacity and structure is more reasonable. When the diameter of lap webs becomes smaller and the wall thickness becomes thinner, the ultimate bearing capacity of lapped joints of CW and TW are decreased relative to symmetrical nodes. By comparing the calculation results with the test results of asymmetric round steel pipe lap joints in web node database, the formula can accurately predict the ultimate bearing capacity of asymmetric lapped K nodes.
