美泊利单抗治疗哮喘疗效与安全性的Meta分析

  目的:系统性评价美泊利单抗治疗哮喘的疗效和安全性.方法通过计算机和手工检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science等数据库,收集从建库至今关于美泊利单抗治疗哮喘疗效及安全性的随机对照试验并行meta分析.结果:共有8篇随机对照研究符合纳入标准(n=1818).与安慰剂组相比,美泊利单抗能够显著减少哮喘尤其是嗜酸粒细胞性哮喘患者血液和痰嗜酸粒细胞;降低哮喘急性发作风险以及显著改善哮喘生活质量问卷(AQLQ)评分、哮喘控制调查问卷(ACQ)评分和圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分;改善第一秒用力呼气容积(FEVl)(P均<0.05),而FEV1%和峰值呼气流速(PEF)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:美泊利单抗能够降低哮喘急性发作风险,改善哮喘患者的生活质量、哮喘控制状况和肺功能指标FEV1.美泊利单抗治疗哮喘安全性高,不良反应发生率低.
