本文将分子印迹固相萃取和电位传感器联用,旨在建立一种检测水体中羟基多氯联苯的新方法.采用沉淀聚合法合成适用于水相的分子印迹聚合物,并将其作为填料制成分子印迹固相萃取柱.水样首先经过分子印迹固相萃取柱富集浓缩净化,然后采用电位型传感器系统测定羟基多氯联苯的总量.该方法对4-羟基-多氯联苯的检出限为2.6×10-11 mol/L,加标回收率为60%~90%,RSD 为1%~6%.此方法简单快速、准确可
