含氮五元杂环骨架的构建及广泛应用,展现了丰富美妙的化学合成魅力。作为一种重要的含氮原子的五元芳杂环化合物,咪唑存在于大量的天然产物中,且作为重要的结构片段广泛应用于药物、功能材料构和金属有机催化剂的构筑中。尽管有关咪唑类化合物的合成方法的报到层出不穷,然而四取代咪唑的合成方法依旧存在很大的挑战性,目前报到的四取代咪唑化合物合成策略多是通过1,2-二酮、醛与胺的缩合实现,且存在反应条件苛刻、选择性差等缺憾。
